Development Agency (AFD), aimed at developing community advocacy and research through coalition plus geographic networks in 5 regions of the globe (Latin America and the Caribbean, Central and East Africa, Middle East and North Africa, West Africa, Indian Ocean). Its objectives are:<\/p><ol><li>Improve the quality of prevention, screening, treatment and care services, while integrating a human rights approach.<\/li><li>Strengthen networks of community players and promote advocacy actions to guarantee better access to healthcare for the most vulnerable populations.<\/li><li>Adapting healthcare services to the needs of people most at risk from HIV and viral hepatitis<\/li><li>Improving the operating environment by directly influencing public health policies<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-inner-section
